Maple Cradled Artist Panels

All surfaces are maple hardwood veneer including the 1" thick sides. The hardwood maple has no seams, voids or knots of any kind. The panels front and sides are finely sanded. There is no plywood edge to be seen on the panel's sides.  

Art Boards™ Maple Cradled Panels have dovetail hanging slots routed into the cradle. Art will hang perfectly flush to the wall in either direction, on a single nail or screw. Paintings can also be hung from the lip of the cradle. 

The Cradled Maple Panels have a 10 layer void free construction. Each layer is glued, pressed, and laminated using a formaldehyde free adhesive.

There are no formaldehydes added to any of the art panel's materials. There will be no out gassing onto the art, or the environment. 

The rigid maple painting surface is finely sanded and perfect for all painting mediums including:  oils, acrylics, egg tempera, encaustic, pastels, frescoes, colored pencil, charcoal, pastels, gouache, Collage, airbrush, mounting of prints, works on paper, icons, mosaics, and more.
