Art Boards™ Oval Canvas Stretchers are a solid core one piece construction.  The Natural Fiber Oval Artist Stretcher is 1" thick.  It is made using a process that combines pure wood from Douglas Fir trees with urethane binders producing a stretcher that is light weight, extremely strong and warp resistant.  The Oval Stretchers are made in one continuous piece.  They have no breaks, joints or seams of any kind.  

Art Boards™ Oval Stretcher bars are 1" thick at the lip, and 2 1/2" in width.  Art Boards™ oval artist stretchers are incredibly strong. Staples will shoot securely into the back allowing the canvas to wrap snug and tight on the elliptical shaped artist stretcher.
